Take Control of Your Health - Free Health Screening at Leading Families Home
Please join us for our upcoming free mobile health screening on July 31, 2025, from 1pm to 3pm, at Leading Families Home, 2283 Ashland Ave., Toledo, OH 43620. No appointment needed! You'll be helped by nurses from Mercy Health and representatives from Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio.
Your basic screening includes pulse, blood pressure, glucose levels, and more, as well as a questionnaire to help you identify health concerns. You can also pick up resources for mental health, housing, behavioral health, and kidney health. The first 10 individuals to walk in will receive a free hygiene kit!
