2025 Family Adoptions
Every holiday season, Leading Families Home connects generous community members with families in our care through our Family Adoptions program.
By “adopting” a family, you’ll have the chance to make the season brighter by providing gifts and essentials that bring joy, comfort, and hope during this special time of year. Whether it’s toys for little ones, cozy winter wear, or meaningful household items, your support helps ensure families feel the love and spirit of the holidays.
Your kindness reminds families that they are seen, valued, and supported — and that brighter days are ahead.
How It Works
- Browse the Families Below: Each family’s wish list includes items that would bring joy and comfort this holiday season.
- Choose a Family to Adopt: Once you’ve found a family you’d like to support, email Stephanie at SReighard@lfhtoledo.org to confirm your adoption.
- Shop and Deliver: Purchase the gifts from the family’s wish list and follow the delivery details provided by our team. Please set up a time to deliver gifts by December 15.
Together, we can make the holidays unforgettable for those who need it most.

Check back often - this list will be updated as families are adopted!
Don't Have Time to Shop?
We understand the holidays are a busy season — but you can still make a meaningful impact!
If you don’t have time to shop for gifts yourself, you can make a donation, and our team will handle the shopping for you. Your contribution will go directly toward purchasing gifts and essentials from families’ wish lists, ensuring every child and parent feels the warmth of your generosity.
At Leading Families Home, we believe every family deserves to experience the magic and comfort of the holidays. By adopting a family, you’re not just giving gifts — you’re helping build stability, dignity, and joy for parents and children working toward brighter futures.
Join us in giving hope this holiday season.
