Landlord Partnerships
What We Offer
Our mission is to help families facing homelessness achieve financial independence and housing stability. In order to find permanent housing for our families, we need landlords to partner with.
What's in it for you?
- Regular payment
- Case managers visit the housing unit once a month
- Case managers act as mediators
- We offer a double security deposit upfront, pro-rated month’s rent, plus first month’s rent
- Easy to work with
- You'll have the opportunity to change a family’s life, help your community, and support families in their quest to live independently
As a landlord who works with Leading Families Home, you'll have our support and commitment to making things seamless for you. As an agency, we offer monthly case management and home visits for all families, guaranteed rent (with exception of Participant co-pays, see below), tenant education workshops and tenant – landlord mediation.
