Five people can sleep at the apartment as there is a master bedroom with queen sized bed, and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a full sized bed, and a third bedroom, with a twin sized bed . There is a second, separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

The apartment is on two floors at the top of a small building. The lower floor (where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located) is accessible by elevator, and the upper floor (where the living/dining room and kitchen are located) is accessed by stairs inside the unit. There is a nice roof terrace accessed from the upper floor. There is garage space for one car (but not an SUV).

The apartment is located in an urban residential neighborhood with shops, restaurants, parks, etc. within a few minutes’ walking distance. The metro station, with direct line to downtown Brussels and the main rail stations is literally 50 yards from the front door.
